Hey bakers! Today I am going to share with you a classic of bakery: the chocolate cake! Today is a nostalgic recipe because this is my parents’ one. This is the only chocolate cake that we make in the family and you will see that it is really quick and simple.
4 tbsp cornstach
Gently melt the chocolate with butter. Add the sugar, the yolks, the cornstach and mix evenly. Little by little add the whites beaten and stir it gently. Cook (180°C) for 25 minutes.
