Ingredients (about 10 crêpes):
-Pinch of salt
-110g sugar
-250g plain flour
-10cl water
-25g unsalted butter
-2 medium eggs
-1/2 L milk
-Vanilla extract
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients, that is to say sugar, salt and flour. Create a hole in the middle and pour the eggs, water, the melted butter and a bit of milk. Mix energetically while pouring the milk bit by bit. Once it is even you can finish with a splash or vanilla extract to give some taste to the crêpes.
Notes: Lightly grease the pan between each crêpes with a kitchen towel soaked with vegetable or olive oil.
